Horribly micromanaged - Anonymous employee FIS Employee Review

Micromanaged, employees treated like children, friends at comparable companies are treated as appreciated, human assets instead of indentured servants. In-office politics were the worst of anywhere I've ever worked. Favortism runs rampant. Raises are a joke.
