Pros

Some of the executives are good leaders - smart, respectful and hard-working but the majority of the most senior leaders are self-serving bullies. T

Cons

he CEO has approved multiple rounds of lay-offs in the past 2 years, all in the name of "cutting costs" but multiple acquisitions of other companies have taken place. The culture of the office in Jacksonville is very divisive - upper "executive" floors have several perks and creature comforts while lower floors are bare-bones and sterile. Executives who exhibit bad behavior are not dealt with in a timely manner, if at all. I would absolutely not recommend this company as an employer.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
