Great company culture and productive atmosphere. Employees are given lots of responsibility and freedom with their programs, but there’s still plenty of support to ensure success.
Cons
It’s a small company, so engineers must take on many roles. If you have one area where you’re particularly strong, you’ll still be asked to step out of that and learn new aspects of engineering.
