Folks at the management level are generally nice people. Colleagues are, in general, also responsible and accountable. Work is seldom boring as most clients are B2B enterprises of different sizes and across all industries.
Cons
It's an agency life. Work cliques, average pay, dismal advancement prospect, fast pace, faster staff turnover - and work life integration, not balance, is a given. Peaks and lulls are uncertain with working hours revolving around clients' timelines.
