Project Officer - Project Officer FIIAPP Employee Review

I like the field of work of FIIAPP, bidding and managing international cooperation projects. As staff contracted on a project-wise basis I have been treated very well, being supported when required. As expatriate the salary and benefits are very attractive.

The salary conditions offered by FIIAPP (International and Ibero-American Foundation of Public Administration and Policies) for local staff hired in their headquarters in Madrid are much less attractive than for expat positions.

The overall company environment is excellent, and I’m very grateful for the team’s support and consideration.

After careful reflection, I’ve realized that for personal reasons, this role is not the best fit for my current stage and career plans, so I’ve decided to make a change.
