lately they increased the workload considerably. your phone keep ringing all the time, all day long to the point where people felt highly demotivated

Pros

Excellent training combined with team-spirit, challenging and diversified assignments. No day like the other as customers all have different queries that need to be attended to. The work place at Fidelia is more like a community of friends while at all times maintaining professionalism. Employees that perform well in their duties have realistic chances of moving up the ranks, however it may take some time.

Cons

If you do not like to work odd hours, then maybe this job is not the right one for you.

Experience in call center is helpful to teach how to manage time, to work under pressure and handle with unsatisfied clients. Gained listening skills, stress management

Cons

Night shifts but possibility to exchange with other colleagues for better timings
