Colleagues are probably the only good thing you'll find.
Cons
Bad General Management. People rarely stay more than 6 months to 1 year. GM and other managers do not work proactively to keep employees motivated, to create a career growth perspective. The company is business oriented only, does not build a reputation on the market where it operates. 'modus operandi' is old, inefficient and inadequate.
