      Pros

      I love the fact that you can get free samples. We develop all sorts of delicious foods, so its only natural that you get to sample them at some point. The work environment is clean and safe. Employees are treated well. It’s a good place to gain experience.

      Cons

      The pressure to perform well is real. Only a downside when the work starts to become stressful.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
