Shift availability vary and heavily depends on your performance but even if you do average shift availability can be very low. I’m only noting this down so people know before getting themselves into something they think involve consistent shift which is often not the case. But company is good don’t get me wrong, much of the problem stems from CONSISTENT SHIFTS
