Pros
Great colleagues, team manager was great, more of a mentor than a manager.
Cons
Middle management is terrible, many incompetent people. They are rude with employees with no attention to personal / family needs. I've seen manager shouting with an employee in front of everyone. Making decisions about people without even asking them if they agree. For locals this is in many cases the only possibility but international people usually leave. Also because families can't settle, if one of the family members gets a job offer at Fexco the other can't find anything that requires qualification, the place is so rural and so not open to foreigners.
