Pros
FEmsa Ceveza when part of Femsa, was a great place to work, as it was a big family working towards a single objective and Mission ( Balancing Share and Profits) was clear to everyone, plus efforts to be more productive, on the family and personal side, there is no better place to work in Mexico.
Cons
Being sold to Heineken transformed all the good things that made Femsa Cerveza a great place to work, now Heineken task will be to do the same in its own way.
