Pros
They offer great benefits (Life, Health, Vision, PTO, etc.). They have a café on site offering breakfast & lunches with so many offerings. They have an onsite gym & offer free classes, I enjoyed working with all of the employees (peers & management). FCCI & I share many of the same values. I only left to go work with the family business.
Cons
I feel like the pay way okay, but could have been more competitive. When weighing it all, the benefits made up for the pay.
