Another day, another agency - Copywriter FCB Kinnect Employee Review

- None - Nil - Nada - No - Nahi - Don't Join

- Company started young and good but now nothing is left - Owners (husband and wife) sold the company to foreign giant which giant again got acquired - System is run by giant now and everyone else is puppet - Salaries are low, HR is pathetic - If you are in the club of owners (husband and wife], you will have fun, will babysit their children - will get good appraisals - Talent has absolute zero value - Marketing team (internal) -runs if you are puppet, use your brain and they won't appreciate it - No one has their brain in the game, its just Flipkart, Asian paints as accounts so company is surviving

there are no pros of working at FCB Kinnect apart from the name of the agency on your resume which is not even that big of an addition to be quite honest.

- Absolutely no money, get ready to be paid peanuts - Horrible managers who have no life outside of work, they'll suck the soul out of you - Horrible working hours - Favoritism runs in the agency - Corporate politics. Overall a 1/10 working experience. Even writing this review here felt like I've wasted some of my precious time lol
