Pros

Work in some of the most beautiful soccer spaces in America I would bet. Great kids, co-workers who care and are always discussing ways to be better. Teaching an awesome game and using it to frame life lessons to impressive kids

Cons

Its an elite club that operates under US Soccer guidance. Creates tough scenarios sometimes where US Soccer wants you to always be further progamizing everything and adding costs to support it and at what point does one go too far? I think the leadership is constantly mindful of this and does their best while competing within the environment set out by US Soccer

Pros

The ability to be around some great kids and teach the fantastic sport of soccer.

Cons

They strive towards mediocrity and a system based on conformity that does not support coaches. I have counted over 15 coaches who they brought in who were hailed as soccer gurus, only to be fired a year later. It starts with the board who are mostly wealthy parents who know nothing of the sport and are only seeking advantage for their own kids. The culture is carried forward by the administration who cares more about money and their inflated salaries than the kids.
