Don't make a bad move - Claims FBD Group Employee Review

In the last 2 years FBD Insurance has become a place that most of the current staff do not want to work. The claims department was "transformed" from a relativly good place to work to a department that is on the brink of imploding. New managers were brought in who do not have the skill set nor the know how to the to manage a claims department. There are major problems occurring each and every day which managers are fully aware of yet they choose to ignore them so they do not have to answer any tough questions from their superior. There is very much self preservation attitude by the management team and doing their job is far from a priority.
