Pros
Very cool office vibe, mostly great people. Good chance to use creativity.
Cons
Not always professional, case of sexual harassment against a woman there... She got fired. Not hte aggressor... They work you hard and do not always give vacation reqests off. It is a great place to get a start, but then move on.
