Pros
- Amazing coworkers that are willing to work together but also get their own work done - Simple, but actually delicious, cocktail recipes; long menu looks intimidating but that's great for offering something to any taste preference - Flexible with making drinks which offers the chance to experiment with customers rather than being stuck in specific requirements - Lots of drinks on draft/pre-made, so it's quick and easy to put out a bunch of drinks and therefore earn more in tips - Willing to work with your schedule and any changes, but also tries to keep everyone's schedules as regular as possible for normalcy - Management will say what they want, but will give you the trust to do what you know is best - Management will back you if you have an issue with a customer - At least one of the male staff (mgmt, bartender, security, etc) will always walk female employees to their cars at night <3 much appreciated
Cons
- Not many hours, will likely need a second job if you want to fill your schedule, but hourly is always solid so it's definitely livable
