Pros
The company would purchase lunches for employees who worked overtime. Achieving experience in the customer service field is beneficial for future advancement. Random awards / incentives handed out to one or two lucky employees.
Cons
Management needs to work on assessing who is valuable to the company and who is not. Proper evaluating of job placement should be completed by more than one person. Low pay for the area.
