You will get to see how you are completely insignificant to the company, that you can be replaced by someone anytime the company wants and that you are just worthless and hold no value. Feel free to join them if you want to experience above stated feelings.
Cons
-No work life balance at all. (forget about bf/gf you will not even have time to talk to your parents) -They make you work for 6 days a week and sometimes the whole week if it's their so called peak season, which helps them earn a lot of money and you lose a lot of sleep because eventually you will be given new content every day so you have to study at night and take classes in the morning. (None of this will ever be appreciated because eventually you can never appease them) -Highly underpaid job - by reading the above description you must have got a clear idea as for how much you have to work and once you join you will see how less they pay you. -Extreme negative office environment, where no one listens to you and expects you to work like a slog -They assume that the quality of sleep is not at all important hence don't be surprised if you take 6 hrs session in one city then travel at night and land in a deserted place in the morning and again are asked to take 6 hr session for that day. -Office politics off course. -No appreciation for your work. -After making you work so hard throughout the day you will be given an accommodation which is below standards so....
