Pros
Learn a lot Travel different places and cities Accommodation and food provided by the company Meet different kinds of students and placement officers Opportunity to train students from colleges like VIT, SRM, PSG
Cons
The worst experience with this company is they make use of the interns and pay them very less but still the intern's work will be same as the work of a 3 year experienced full time trainer and after the peak season is over they terminate these interns saying that their performance is not good. They say first 3 months you will be on training period, which is not at all true, you will have only 3 days training and 4th day you will have to go for training in a college. They also lie to the college saying that these interns are 2 years experienced There is no personal time to spend with your family and friends even during weekends You will have to travel in an AC sleeper bus the whole night, reach the place early morning by 4 to 6 am and then start your class by 9am Lot of Rules to be followed to claim reimbursements Most of the times trainers are not prepared for their classes properly, they will have to study and prepare a new topic the previous night and handle it in the class the very next day
