Pros
Good Pay and benefits. I loved the job of being an air traffic controller and liked most of the people. Management is weak, the union runs the show.
Cons
Union gives workers a sense of entitlement, therefor the a good work ethic is not existent. Everyone calls in sick when they don't feel like coming into work and there is little done to change it.
