Pros
Great place for people who like to dig in, learn stuff, try things out, and get stuff done. On-boarding process is basically "Here's your desk." It's up to you to meet people, figure out internal systems, and make your place. Lots of mobility within the company. Excellent benefits and pay. Thought and Technology Leader in key market segments.
Cons
Like many tech companies, this one is highly siloed. Marketing and Product Development seem to have very different perspectives on what the company is, what it does, and where it is going. (I expect this may change with the new CEO, however, being from the PD side of the organization.) Lack of space in the existing location can cause teams to be fragmented across many floors and buildings, creating isolation, and hampering communication.
