      Pros

      This was a very nice place to work. Excellent salary and benefits. Life balance was great here. Got affected by layoff but with a great compensation.

      Cons

      Not properly career paths defined. People is not organized in several areas.

      Organization seems to be influx about where they are heading. Makes it hard to create goals for the entire org and get proper direction.
