- operating a pretty much a niche market - strongly investor (private equity) driven - lots of acquisitions -> sometimes time is missing to integrate these and their solutions

Write a comment about a company on glassdoor to indicate that the company fires people during their vacation without a prior interview. That the company does not accept to be challenged by reformulating the problems they face and that they expect us to just execute. It has become an increasingly siloed company with a traditional project culture instead of a product culture that was very much in place 4 years ago. It's a company with migration and acquisition merging projects with no real unification strategy that doesn't bring any added value to their users. The latter are swimming in a fog concerning the future of certain products in the portfolio. The vision and strategy is totally non-existent. VP product has no influence. No evolution possible unless you speak German
