Pros
Good learning opportunities. CEO is pretty good and approachable. Good place if you want to learn things for a short while.
Cons
Too much Micromanagement every employee is stretched to limits for longer periods of time and you may face cranky employees if you ask for an urgent request. Flexibility is only for name, the senior leadership (CFO/HR Manager) do not trust you to work with full productivity while working remotely. Family-owned business with too many bosses to show employees their bossiness.
