Stagnant, No Growth, No Creative Freedom, Boomers - Photographer F.O.S. Employee Review

Lack of equipment but demanded for a high quality results, proposed for a decent but ignored. Cheapskate. No proper discussion for scaled projects. Management encourage staff not to rebel or insult them however they able to insult other staff to their colleagues while also expecting respect. Opinions given are heard only but does not matter even when it's sure will affect the outcome. Too many restrictions in a creative part and too many changes which the outcomes resulted to an old 90s 2000s style supermarket posters and pictures. Too many layered of approval for a single photo/post. In a span of 9 months, 8 staff resigned from same department but somehow no investigation needed.
