I 100% agree with you on both points. There should be more active communication with tutors! Currently we are working on several new initiatives to improve communication between Ezy Math and tutors, it will take a few months before these ideas materialize but we are definitely on the case and some big improvements are on the way.
In regard to no students in small suburbs, unfortunately we are not in control of where new clients are located. We are always improving the efficiency and fairness of our student allocation processes so I feel that while this is still a problem, it is a decreasing one. Also, in parallel with the initiatives mentioned above, we are launching new strategies for marketing specifically to areas with smaller population densities for tutors in smaller suburbs like yourself.
