Pros
Friendly and helpful peers, can learn a lot if you put yourself out there, having a wood shop to learn and see how the product is made is invaluable, training was good, there is some teamwork visible.
Cons
Management attempts to set up protocols for ease and efficiency with staff and procedures but in-house owners do not adhere to anything or communicate to anyone which creates chaos and impedes progress. Knowledge of this allows particular employees to go over management and directly work with the owners creating resentment from fellow employees and management. Offensive communication from one owner and the employ of an owners wife does not allow for an enjoyable or fair environment.
