Pros
Adoption/embrace of new technologies such as newer Windows 8 systems, really embraces customer support until it's near state-of-the-art, warm and cordial colleagues, close-knit help (fellow or senior colleagues, plenty of documentation). All in all, IT hierarchy from top down takes care of each other with regards to help or escalation.
Cons
Despite the advantage of having this company as an excellent experience on your resume, lower level staff are limited as contractors, roughly similar to the IT industry here in this country. Opportunities to convert seem difficult as the number of projects here may have been cut back.
