Pros
The only benefits are the compensation, free coffee, and the 20% discount at The Ranch (owned by the same CEO), which is a pretty good restaurant, ironically.
Cons
The list is horrendous. First, they run a traditional HR practice. I read these reviews and thought of them as nonsense, before I worked there! HR is always on your back. And if you're late by a minute, expect to be penalized. You have to report to them when you're late or leaving early. They are very opened to fire you if you cross there boundaries. If you're late, or cannot make it in...They will try to replace you. I had to speak with leads and managers, but it's true. They only see numbers, not what you contribute to the company. Second, you can't wear cologne or scents, you cannot wear a beard. There is no casual dress day. They don't participate in charities (very greedy company, I believe...at least support schools!), you cannot smoke a cigarette (I don't smoke, but you can get terminated for it and I find it disturbing). You cannot go home, smoke, and return to work with any hint of the smell. You cannot reverse park near any wall. You have no privacy, at all, AND the workplace is not very diversified. I'm telling you this now, if you work here to support a family or to "retire," your live will be miserable. Everyone looks drained and rarely you'll see a smile.
