      Good pay. Relaxed atmosphere. Good first job. Great coworkers. Stable job in a ever growing company. Good mix of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Employees must clock in/out. Very niche industry so there's not a lot of opportunity outside of an AV career. Not a lot of room for growth.
