Pros
Good atmosphere, great people and overall a nice place to work, Management are approachable and easy enough to talk to..
Cons
The company has suffered a lot of changes in the last few years which has affected moral. Loyalty and hard work does not seem to be recognised with no pay rises or bonuses to show staff are appreciated making it difficult to continue seeing yourself staying and developing a career in this company .... Which is truly a shame
