Pros

Friendly and collaborative environment surrounded by some very good talent. QA Managers are top notch and each of them have come up through the ranks so they know the testing environment extremely well. Engineering teams work very close with QA as they will not hesitate to get involved with an issue quickly and stick to it until they have it resolved.

Cons

Since purchasing Enterasys, Guidance from the top could be improved greatly since there has been so much turn over in the top tier. Merging two companies into one has been painful for those left in the dark.

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

Pros

The team is great! Honestly one of the best collogues I've worked with for a long time. Everyone is willing to help and point you to the right direction

Cons

No Growth. Compensation changes year to year and its inconsistent
