Pros

Extreme's Services department used to be one of the best places to be. - Great products - Flexible working hours - Good paycheck

Cons

- Too many Reduction In Force (RIF) in the past years. Everything is about the numbers/wall street. - Focus is only on selling boxes, no longer on the additional benefit that Services provides - Career possibilities are slim, unless you're based out of RTP and perhaps Santa Clara

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

Pros

They have creative products and solutions

Cons

Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
