      Unlimited PTO, remote work, some great employees

      Cons

      Always laying off, you are fired if you offer a dissenting opinion, sales and marketing and product are not aligned and blame the other for poor company performance, executive teams are bottom of the barrel with no vision or leadership skills especially the CMO and CTO, absolutely NO work life balance, most work is reactionary and needed immediately without consideration for current projects

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

      They have creative products and solutions

      Cons

      Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
