-Temp-to-hire definitely weeds out not-quality employees -Good opportunity for upward mobility from entry-level positions
Cons
-Temp-to-hire is a crutch that the higher managers use to just throw unskilled labor at their problems. -Usually, most people do not get a real training period because they're expected to learn on the job. This doesn't work in a company/region with very high turn-over because not enough people stay employed long enough to be thorough trainers.
