      Best IT company based in vijayawada. suitable to freshers and strugglers. Suitable for laterals if the pay offered is good. Good work culture.

      Cons

      Pay is very less and no hike after 2yrs. Strictly against hikes.

      Pros

      getting selected in ESSIT is not a big thing but getting into a good team will make your 2.6 years career worthfull otherwise its waste.

      Cons

      SALARY. For freshers its 8000/Month. Not an Employee friendly organization. Always keep in mind that don't trust management when it comes in terms of salary discussion
