Willingness of coworkers to help each other across the board.- Chatter Bonuses Benefits are good, a little costly.
Cons
Training on different policies could be better, not changing the ways of doing things so many different times. The high amount of shoppers sent to the store each month(phone & in store) increases anxiety and lowers morale. Blackout days for days off: Saturdays and Mondays(PTO required to take these days off) Make sick time and PTO two separate accruals Not being able to make our own schedule between the SM & AM
