Pros
Some of the best management I've ever had the pleasure of being led by. They always got your back and encourage you to put your family first. Knowledgeable team leaders and plenty of well built company resources to enhance your understanding. Upwards mobility is also possible and encouraged.
Cons
Pay is ridiculously low for how many different jobs you take on. You do everything from administrative, managerial, custodial, to sales work. This is exacerbated if you work in an industrial/commercial area where your store is always busy. The company also just removed sales incentives and sprinkled in a weak flat rate compensation in lieu of that. It was made under the guise of "smoothing out your yearly pay" but it is a flat out downgrade for current employees. My busy store in particular losing bonuses is resulting in me taking a $2.50/hr pay reduction.
