      Pros

      Provide salaries on time, CEO is a very good person, Frequent fun activities.

      Cons

      1. Seating arrangement is very bad, worse than a cafe. 2. Micro-management by managers and some senior employees. They take their own decisions. 3. HR is rude, she will ask you come to her cabin and tell you search a new job in one month because they don't have any projects. 4. If there is no projects they will ask you learn new technology according to third party company requirements. If you fail then they will ask, why you failed in the interview. 5. They will ask you to sign a bond of 2 year with average hike. Don't get in the trap. 6. 3 months notice period, which we have serve for no reason. If they want they can leave you within a single day.

      No pros at all, this is the worst company I worked with as it has a very toxic culture, and everything is a family driven affair. The salary structure is also below par

      Cons

      Many are there but just to name a few: - 1- Toxic culture 2- Very less salary 3- No project pipeline 4- Lot of Adhoc work 5-No clarity on your career goals 6- Very dull energy levels of the leadership team 7- Zero Feedback system 8- Hire and Fire policy
