A lot of freedom. Chances for personal growth. Possibilities to take a lot of responsibility in new areas(The added responsibility isn't compensated)

Low salary that isn't based on performance but years worked.(Lied about it during hiring process) High employee turnover rate. Very junior personell A company with 650 employees but the organisational support of a company with 50 employees Almost everyone started their career at the company making it into a sort of cult that is unable to objectively view the organisation. No clear career path except going into management.
