Company is a mess - Senior Engineer Expro Employee Review

Management structure is ridiculous, CEO and COO were tasked with getting a share price, which they did with the "merger" with Franks (bought them) but in this process absolutely killed the company. You could call the COO a control freak but this isn't doing it justice, he'll get his bonus for his task but whoever replaces him is in for a difficult job. The company is not paying the correct people money, wage structure is beyond a joke. Too many "yes men" in management positions so if you join you are not ascending anywhere. It is a difficult task to put down how bad the company is being run just now....
