Pros

I have to think very hard to say few things. There were few good people to talk. They are going away due to management and their maintenance.

Cons

I can write a book about it. It might be like any other low level companies. Staff turnaround is very high. Over time is the killer. They treat you as a slave. They wont give you a option for overtime, they expect you to do it. If you say no they will treat you like you have killed someone and ran away with it. There will not be any prior notice of requesting for overtime. They just turn up and ask you to stay back. They expect your answer should be yes all the time. Senior management and others dont have a great communication. Though they have daily meetings. Its waste of time. HR people is the worst of all. They treat everyone like paid slaves. As if they are paying us for free. salaries are very poor. No appreciation from management for hard work. They just expect you to work more. No work life balance, you cannot plan anything in your life other than work. I wish they make robots to work rather than humans.

Pros

Colleagues (most of the time) are happy to help Management are supportive Everyone in the company is friendly and if your having a tough time, I'm sure they would encourage you to talk about it with them so they could support you or direct you towards someone who can Workload is generally good

Cons

Pay is not very much, in some cases you have people with higher education working for less than school leavers - apparently is high for the industry but I'm not so sure Staff turnover is pretty high If your not finished by finishing time, your expected to stay to finish if you don't say before hand that you need to finish on time Overtime is mainly paid in time back, but need to accumulate so much before you can actually use it Most places offer an hours break for the length of shift you do however you only get 40 minites
