I honestly do not know where to start how explaining how bad my experience was with this company due to how much of a conman the boss is.I took this job and had already saw the bad reviews on this company and thought to just risk it anyways as I wanted some self development within my teaching.Firstly I got an employment offer and everything that was offered to me was not written or in my actual contract.You are promised many things in this job but please listen and do not be fooled as it's all lies.The wage isn't even worth any of the work as you get told the taxis get paid for when really it comes out your own pocket.The boss makes up his own calculations for the salary and consistently under pays and the reason I left this company was because he withheld some of my wage which is illegal and after doing the whole calculation on my hours he still was under paying me.I moved to this country to work a whole month to not be paid half my salary and he still has not paid me my remaining.There is also a lot of other issues with this boss as he comes across as very nice although when you make any simple little mistake he turns into a very horrible person eventhough he doesn't even provide training for his staff.All I can say is please do not be me and take the risk and be put in the situation he has put me in.He is a sales man and could not care about any of the students or his own teachers who put the effort into this school all he cares about is money in his own pocket as he even tricked me when I was rushing to a home base and got me to sign my contract at a lower rate that was offered.BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE !
