      Pros

      Unique industry and a leader in their niche market. Nice people.

      Cons

      Many people worked long hours. 9-6 was a short day for me. Some people acted as if they didn't have anything to go home to. Not for me. The tools they used were still developing so a lot of basic things were complicated. Perhaps things are more advanced now but it made things hard for me to do my job.

      * Coworkers are fun and easy to work with * Low-stress environment * Developers get to work with some exciting new technologies * Biannual company outings such as Six Flags, whitewater rafting, wine tour * 15 vacation days per year

      * Developers sometimes have to work with some not-so-exciting legacy systems * Only 2 sick days per year
