- Big and main concern here in Expleo is job security. If you are fresher then there are very high chances that Expleo will ruin your career. I have joined Expleo from college campus placement and we were batch of almost 40 people from various colleges in pune on the same batch and now after 1.8 years of working currently there are only 12 people left .... I don't need to tell you how unstable this company is . Most of my friends got laid off withing 8 months just after completing training wtf 😒 they don't have any cultural and values as a company . Most of the project are outdated and perticularly in performance testing and engineering they are literally misleading the client , they are literally tampering the test reports to client so they they don't have to do another execution of they shared correct report. And this is not limited to 1 or 2 projects but in most of the project same thing is happening.
They might cal you to chennai , mumbai,pune, banglore location without any allowance and if you don't they they will ask you to resign. ........ This is the reality of Expleo and if you are experienced then only don't join this company I have seen people with good tech skill on bench and at the end getting terminated .
