Pros
Salary on time, easy on stress levels as not too difficult to work with, understanding management, open door for complaints and feedbacks
Cons
Incentives and promised reimbursements never on time, have to keep bugging management to get it 0 respect, I repeat, ZERO. Good to work place only if you care about good pay and not get any respect, can be called out for any issue in front of the whole floor like you're some vegetable seller and they're calling you out from across the street, that too not with your name but with staright out pointed finger and slangs as "aye pagal" or "oyye" as if you don't have an identity whatsoever. Any feedbacks given to middle management (direct supervisors) goes in vain with responses like "are you mad?" OR "you're stupid!". Only after complaining to higher management and HR, you can be heard (if at all) and they don't even call out the supervisors for being rude or disrespectful.
