Pros

I loved working at Experis, it was my first 100% remote support job. I worked on the Microsoft Contract while they had it. Even though all my coworkers were from different parts of the world there was a real sense of community and teamwork, great communication and constant evaluations. Daily Teams meetings at start of shift helped us prepare for the day and understand where we were metrics wise and what goals we should focus on, and one on ones with management were truly helpful.

Cons

It's an outsourcing provider, so contracts can end and everybody can lose their jobs. That's what happened to me.

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
