Pros

- VERY human centric company, what all other companies say about being human centric and "caring about their people" is really the case here. In my almost 2 years there, 3 people that left the company before I started came back because their previous companies were in some ways not comparable to Experis - Inclusion and diversity is number 1 value here - Friendly atmosphere and great colleagues - You do receive quite a lot of autonomy - Possibility to develop yourself

Cons

Company that is not doing really well in the current economy + part of a US group (Manpower Group) that does not throw huge budgets at it's subsidiaries to improve their ops. Meaning: offices are very basic, no real team events or budget to organize something, no budget to hire extra people to lighten the burden of the other colleagues Management of Experis is, in theory, capable, but somehow the 1001 processes that are not going as they should be and could, relatively, easy be improved, are not being changed (enough) to feel a real difference and improvement Not the best paying company (and group) As company is not doing well, everything other than sales (we're an IT consulting company) has to be put on hold. This means that my career development is on hold as well for the moment

Pros

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
