Pros

The only reason to work for this company is if you desperately need a job and are out of options.

Cons

Company garnishes approx. 50-60% of low end contracts pay. Provides the bare minimum necessary to meet legal requirements surrounding employer offered health care packages. Company has been known to take legal action against their own employees who choose to select better health care options out side of the company, and whom the company is/should be required to pay a tax credit to the IRS. Company lies to clients, and does not provide training resources for low end contract employees, for which they are obligated to by their agreement with the client. Company does not provide educational resources or provide financial assistance to it's low end contract employees. Company holds no interest in bettering the lives of those they employ or the community in which they place themselves. Company does not actively help employees grow, and does not help in finding advancing opportunities within the organisations for which they employ.

Pros

Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

Cons

Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
